Club Rules and Guidelines
Promotions and Roles
One. No free rides! Promotions are based on how much you actually do in the club.

Wanna be a Coordinator? You better have twenty matches under your belt.
Promotions go step by step—don’t expect to skip ahead just ‘cause you ask.
Partnered club owners? Don’t even think about a promotion.
Two. Don’t bug me for promotions. If I said I’ll promote you and forgot, remind me once. Keep asking, and you might get demoted instead.

Three. Admins who got their role through invites? Don’t even dream of Super Admin unless you’re actually putting in the work.

Behavior and Communication
Four. Sure, you can swear, but don’t go overboard. No one likes someone who can’t keep their mouth in check.

Five. Keep it clean—no nasty content. There are kids here, so don’t be that person.

Six. Leave your politics and religion at the door. This ain’t the place for debates.

Seven. Speak whatever language you want, but make it something people can understand. Don’t talk in riddles.

Eight. Don’t show up with a grudge. This isn’t your battleground for revenge. Grow up.

Nine. You break the rules, you get warnings—no excuses:

Members & Coordinators: three warnings
Admins: four warnings
Super Admins: six warnings

Advertising and Partnerships
Ten. Wanna partner with us? Fine, but we’ll check out your club first. No freebies.

Eleven. Once partnered, you can post ads, but there are rules:

Don’t plug your club without the owner’s OK.
Go ahead and promote your tournaments, blogs, or general forums, but stay out of other clubs’ forums.
Event Management
Twelve. Super Admins, you’ve got power, but don’t let it go to your head. No funny business like changing the club description or banning people just because you’re bored.

Thirteen. Coordinators, Admins, and Super Admins can make as many events as they want, but don’t ghost them. If it’s your event, make sure people show up and participate.

Fourteen. Locking a team match? Double-check the matchups before slamming the door. In vote chess, ties need a tiebreak, so push people to finish it.

Participation Rules
Fifteen. If you’re in a team match, don’t quit halfway or dip out on vacation. If you’re gonna bail, don’t join in the first place.

Sixteen. In vote chess, vote like you’ve got a brain. No trolling with bad moves just for laughs.

Seventeen. If another club calls us out for a vote chess match or team match, we don’t back down. Declining isn’t an option.

Eighteen. Cheating is for losers. Don’t even think about it in team or vote chess.

General Etiquette
Nineteen. Spam or start chains in notes if you feel like it, but no poop chains. That’s just dumb.

Twenty. Everyone follows the rules, no exceptions. Keep the club fun and fair or get out.
